Exercising is often used in combination with a healthy diet to help reduce belly fat. Certain types of exercise can provide greater health and sexual benefits when it comes to reducing abdominal fat. This article discusses the 10 best practices to lose belly fat.

Hold your breath as you lift your torso off the floor, bringing your elbows towards your knees. Lower yourself down, but don’t rest your head and neck on the floor. Perform as many repetitions as you can.

  1. Bicycle Crunches

Bicycle crunches are a great way to target your abdominal muscles and burn belly fat. They effectively emphasize the lower abs and minimize the strain they can often hear on the lower back. Begin by placing your hands behind your head. Lift your legs off the ground and bring your knees in towards your abdomen. Simultaneously twist your shoulder to bring your elbows towards your opposite knee. Extend your leg back to the starting position and repeat.

Planks are an excellent exercise for engaging your core, reducing belly fat and strengthening your back. They can be done with either your hands or elbows resting on the floor. Start by lying on your stomach and then raising yourself off the ground using your elbows and forearms directly below your shoulders, maintaining a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold this position for as long as you can without arching your hips or allowing your back to sag. Increase your resistance by engaging your deep abdominal muscles.

  1. Russian Twists

Russian twists are an effective way to work your oblique muscles and reduce belly fat. Keep your knees bent and feet flat on the floor and lay down on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your upper body off the floor. Twist your torso laterally. Continue this alternating action and slowly increase your speed as you improve your strength.

Pilates 100 is an excellent exercise for strengthening your core and reducing belly fat. Start by lying on your back with your legs extended, hands resting by your sides, palms facing down. Lift both legs off the floor and extend them straight up towards the ceiling. Try to keep your legs together and off the ground and slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position.

Jumping jacks are an ideal exercise for blasting belly fat. Start by standing with your feet together, arms relaxed by your sides. Jump your feet out to each side and simultaneously bring your arms up above your head. Jump your legs back together and lower your arms to the starting position. Repeat at a moderate to fast pace.

  1. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the best exercises for losing belly fat. HIIT requires short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a short period of rest. Choose exercises such as squats, push-ups and burpees. Perform each exercise at maximum intensity for 30 seconds before resting for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this cycle 2-3 times.

Exercising regularly is essential for reducing belly fat and achieving a healthy overall lifestyle. Utilizing a combination of these exercises will provide the most effective results.
